Shanghai Symphonic Music Lover’s Association Recruits Members
20 years ago, promoted by maestro Chen Xieyang, the first music lover’s association in China – Shanghai Symphony Orchestra Symphonic Music Lover’s Association – was founded. Since then, the association has devoted itself to the promotion of symphonic music and has contributed a lot to the cultural life of the people.
During the 20 years, the association has persisted to give its members free lectures and free concerts every month, as well as to deliver regularly the Philharmonics newspaper and the performance information of Shanghai Symphony Orchestra. The accessible style of the association has attracted many music lovers, and it always welcomes anyone who is interested in and has a passion for music.
